Aldebaran Travel was founded on a happiness of travel. Our goal has always been to help you plan an exceptional vacation that is filled with inspiring and life-enriching experiences. Right now, we are all feeling the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the cascade of events has been overwhelming. But through the fears and struggles, we also see hope in how those across the globe have come together. We believe that we will successfully move beyond this Pandemy.

Disruptions abound as travel restrictions circle the globe. Flights are cancelled, and borders are closed to contain this pandemic. Mandatory quarantines are being imposed. In response, Aldebaran Travel and our travel partners are committed to helping our travelers.
For travelers departing before June 30, 2020:

Aldebaran Travel encourages all travelers to postpone their trips. We are working hard with all our suppliers to provide as much flexibility as possible for trip postponement. Often, We can funds the deposit payments as a credit for future Travel. If you wish to cancel indefinitely, standard cancellation penalties will apply.

For travelers departing on or after June 30, 2020:

Your travel specialist will be able to suggest the best course of action based on current information specific to your destination. As your travel dates draw nearer (e.g. 60 days prior to departure), please stay in consistent contact with your travel specialist.

For those wishing to travel in late 2020 and 2021:

Our team at Aldebaran continues to connect travelers with top travel options. There is a lot of flexibility for those interested in booking travel now, and our destination specialists can advise you on the best path forward. At Aldebaran, our first priority is our collective health and safety. And then, as soon as possible, we want to get back to the business of traveling the world. We can help you by :

a) Changing Plans

Put your trip with Aldebaran on hold. By doing that, you can leave the start date of your adventure open, to be set at a later stage of your choice once travel restrictions due to the coronavirus have been lifted. Travel must start before May 31, 2021. Please notify us at least 30 days in advance.

b) Flexible Payment

Book Now and pay the rest later! By paying a fully refundable 20 % deposit up front, you can secure your spot at this pricing and lock in your travel dates for any of our travel packages. Then, simply pay off the remaining balance at least 30 days before departure. If your plans change, you can use your deposit towards a new trip.
